I was born into a family of professionals: my father dedicated his life to the tourism industry, holding prestigious roles such as General Manager at CIT – Compagnia Italiana Turismo (Italian Touristic Company) in New York, Technical Director of the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Rome, and Hotel Director in Florence.

From a very young age, I had the opportunity to work alongside him within our family tour operator, collaborating with a major American travel agency specializing in inbound tourism. That experience marked the beginning of a path defined by continuous growth and high standards. He often said, “There is no room for mistakes in our profession.” At first, it sounded strict, but I soon realized that those words reflected the level of precision, accountability, and excellence required in an industry where every detail matters. His guidance has been instrumental in helping me navigate complex organizational challenges and consistently deliver outstanding results.

My career later expanded to include high-profile political and institutional clients, where I specialized in business travel management and conference planning. I have overseen national and international events, working with distinguished organizations such as the European Parliament and global partners like Carlson Wagonlit Travel. I have also had the privilege of managing hospitality for prominent figures from the worlds of politics, culture, art, journalism, entertainment, and musicoften in highly sensitive and demanding environments.

Driven by a desire to continually evolve, I transitioned into the hospitality in Tuscany, where I successfully led the opening of a 4-star hotel in Arezzo. Within a short time, the property rose to the top of Tripadvisor’s rankings, becoming the number one hotel in the city out of 29 properties.

Over the years, I have specialized in luxury hospitality and events, collaborating with exclusive properties as both a Location Manager and an in-house Wedding Planner. These roles provided me with in-depth insight into the operational standards of high-end venues and the expectations of an international luxury clientele. I am also a certified Wedding Planner, a credential that further strengthened my strategic planning, organizational expertise, and creative direction in designing bespoke events.

My personal motto, which perfectly complements my father’s, is: “If you are going to do something, do it well.”
