I was born into a family of professionals: my father dedicated his life to the tourism industry, holding prestigious positions such as General Manager at Compagnia Italiana Turismo in New York, Technical Director of the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Rome, and Hotel Director in Florence.

From a very young age, I had the opportunity to work alongside him in the family agency, collaborating with a major American tour operator specializing in incoming tourism, and from there, my journey of continuous growth began. He often used to say: “There is no room for mistakes in our profession.” At first, it seemed like an exaggeration, but soon I understood that this phrase embodied the essence of the seriousness and precision required to achieve perfection in a job filled with countless details. His practical advice has been crucial in overcoming complex organizational challenges and achieving extraordinary results.

My career later expanded with the acquisition of high-profile political and institutional clients, where I specialized in business travel and the organization of congresses. I have managed national and international events, collaborating with prestigious organizations such as the European Parliament and international partners like Carlson Wagonlit. I had the honor of handling the hospitality for distinguished guests from the world of politics, culture, art, journalism, entertainment, and music, in complex and often delicate contexts.

Always seeking new challenges, I continued my path in the hotel industry in Tuscany, where I successfully managed the launch of a 4-star hotel in Arezzo, which quickly climbed the Tripadvisor rankings to become the best hotel in the city out of 29 properties.

My motto, which perfectly complements my father's, is: "If you are going to do something, do it well."
