In front of the door there is the garden where, on the summertime, the breakfast is served in precious ceramics. Inside there are a large dining room and a sitting corner with sofas and satellite Tv. On the both sides of the corridor, decorated with prestigious paintings and carpets, there are bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private outdoor space with chairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite tv and minibar.

Thanks to its strategic postion the main Tuscan and Umbrian sites such as Florence, Siena, Cortona and Perugia are reachable easily.
